BROOKLYN: Williamsburg, Long Island City, Greenpoint, Astoria (more areas to come later)
As commercial and residential rents in Manhattan have taken off, so have those in many of the distinct neighborhoods of Brooklyn, as families and singles move from Manhattan in search of space and a pace of life a little less frenetic than that of Manhattan.
Below are some retail offerings in Williamsburg, just one subway stop away from Manhattan. In the future, I will have more sample spaces up from other neighborhoods.
