OFFICE SPACE

OFFICE SPACE

With millions of square feet of office space in the thousand-odd office buildings between Central Park and the tip of Lower Manhahttan, there is a place for your business. A place you can feel comfortable with. where your employees can go at lunch, relax, and enjoy life. A place where your customers can visit and be impressed. A place that just feels right.

The first thing to know is that for office space searches, we use the same online subscription database (COSTAR) as 99% the other real estate companies in town. It gives us the total square footage and cost of each square foot of the space, so we can figure out how much the space will cost you each month and year.

The second thing to know is that my colleagues and I have lived and/or worked in Manhhattan for over 20 years, so we know every part of town, and what part of town might best suit your business.

The third thing to know is that once we've found you a great place, we will see you through the whole process of dealing with the contract, dealing with the lawyers (and you definitely should use a lawyer), and dealing with all the questions that go into leasing space: What does "rentable square feet" mean, what percentage of the buildings taxes you should be paying, and how much free rent (if any) you can get while you build out your space -- just for starters.

Renting space in Manhattan can be very complex. We help make it simple.

Whether it's Class A space in Midtown, Class B space in the Garment Center, or Class C space in in the fringes of the city, we can help you find you what you need, at the price you want.

We can compile a list of available space for you at your price, and inthe areas of your choice, and show them to you. We have successfully put over three dozen business into space all over Manhattan.
