With millions of square feet of office space in the thousand-odd office buildings between Central Park and the tip of Lower Manhahttan, there is a place for your business. The third thing to know is that once we've found you a great place, we will see you through the whole process of dealing with the contract, dealing with the lawyers (and you definitely should use a lawyer), and dealing with all the questions that go into leasing space: What does "rentable square feet" mean, what percentage of the buildings taxes you should be paying, and how much free rent (if any) you can get while you build out your space -- just for starters.
